Who Coaching Is For

Coaching is a great fit if:

You do not need to live in Pennsylvania to work with me as a coach.

What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)

Coaching is not therapy. It doesn’t include mental health diagnosis or treatment—but it does include a lot of insight, support, and real tools for change.

I bring my background as a psychotherapist, personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and energy worker to create a space that’s holistic, grounded, and always client-led.

Session Info

  • Location: Virtual or in-person (as available)

  • Availability: Open to clients nationwide or internationally

  • Fee: $125 per 50-minute session

  • Insurance: Not accepted (coaching is private pay only)

  • Optional Add-Ons: Astrology, tarot, or energy healing can be added at your request
