Coaching is not therapy. It doesn’t include mental health diagnosis or treatment—but it does include a lot of insight, support, and real tools for change.
I bring my background as a psychotherapist, personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and energy worker to create a space that’s holistic, grounded, and always client-led.
Session Info
Location: Virtual or in-person (as available)
Availability: Open to clients nationwide or internationally
Fee: $125 per 50-minute session
Insurance: Not accepted (coaching is private pay only)
Optional Add-Ons: Astrology, tarot, or energy healing can be added at your request
