Mind: Therapy and Coaching for Emotional Healing
Whether you're navigating the aftermath of a toxic relationship, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, or ready to break free from old patterns, this is a space to do the deep inner work that helps you move forward.
I offer both therapy and coaching—two different paths with a shared goal: helping you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in your life.
What’s the Difference Between Therapy and Coaching?
Both therapy and coaching sessions with me are grounded in evidence-based tools and delivered with warmth, compassion, and practical strategies. The main difference comes down to scope and structure:
Therapy
For Pennsylvania residents only
Can address and treat mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, trauma, depression)
May be covered by insurance
Requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement
Telehealth only
Coaching
Available to anyone, anywhere
Focuses on personal growth, emotional self-care, and breaking old patterns
Does not involve mental health diagnosis or treatment
Private pay only (no insurance)
Virtual or in-person sessions available
How Do I Know Which One is Right for Me?
If you’re experiencing symptoms that are interfering with your ability to function—like persistent anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms—therapy is likely the right place to start.
If you're feeling emotionally well overall but want support setting boundaries, improving self-care, or breaking free from toxic patterns, coaching may be a great fit.
Not sure which is right for you? Reach out—I’ll help you figure it out.

Want to Include Spiritual Tools?
If you're open to exploring astrology, tarot, or energy healing, these tools can be added to your process—whether you're working with me as a coach or therapist (where appropriate and ethically permitted). You're always in charge of what feels right for your healing journey.
