Therapy for Emotional Recovery & Self-Trust
If you’re tired of repeating the same relationship patterns or feel like you’ve lost yourself in the process of trying to make things work, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are—and finally start putting yourself first.
I work with adults who are recovering from toxic relationships (including narcissistic partners or parents), navigating anxiety, or learning how to trust themselves again after emotional trauma.
What Therapy with Me Looks Like
Therapy is a collaborative process. In our sessions, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, build practical tools to support emotional regulation and self-trust, and reconnect you with your voice, values, and needs.
You’ll have a space where all parts of you are welcome—without judgment.
Common Issues I Help With
Narcissistic abuse and toxic relationship recovery
Emotional neglect and family-of-origin trauma
Anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
Difficulty trusting your emotions
Chronic self-doubt or low self-worth
Struggles with boundaries and self-care
My Approach
I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Psychodynamic therapy
Jungian and existential perspectives
Sessions are customized to meet your specific needs, with room for flexibility as your healing evolves.
